A few minutes from the chalet La Source going up to Cambasque, the Basque farm awaits you for a culinary discovery that will delight your taste buds.

As a bonus, you can enjoy a large terrace and a magnificent view: it is one of the "balconies" of Cauterets, 1135 meters above sea level, 165 meters above the chalet on the same slope West side of the valley.

Regional recipes and specialties are developed from local products, meats & cheeses are raw producers.

You can also buy delicious cooked dishes to consume them at the chalet. The garbure in particular is quite unavoidable!
