From the entrance, you are immersed in the valley and a breathtaking view. The immense bay windows are a call to contemplate the summits available to you at 180 °. Comfortably installed in an armchair at the corner of the stove, or by taking your meals on the large adjoining terrace, you will appreciate this grandiose site, its relief and its magnificent colors in any season.

    • Pellet stove protected by a grid, with reserve of pellets on the landing.
    • Independent WC at the entrance to the corridor, and small cellar.
  • The ideal balance between space and privacy
    • 4 bedrooms with their private bathroom: Tourmalet bedrooms (90 200 bed), Aubisque and Luz Ardiden (160 200 beds) on the ground floor, Montagnon bedroom (160*200 bed) upstairs. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, sink and WC.
    • 2 bedrooms with an independent bathroom to share: located upstairs, the Spanish bridge bedroom (2 beds 80 200 modular in 1 bed 160 200) and the children's bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x190 and 1 90x200 bench bed ). The bathroom on the floor includes a large shower, a bathtub, a double sink and a toilet.
    • Furniture: all rooms are equipped with a wardrobe or closet and a small office with chair. The children's room also has a children's office, a library corner and children's games. The bathrooms are fitted with storage and stand out.
    • Two beds umbrella for the little ones.
    • Individualized temperature adjustment, in heating or air conditioning mode.
  • Recent and quality household equipment
    • Equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, pyrolysis oven, microwave, induction hob, purifying hood and dishwasher.
    • ELECTROAGER: washing machine, dryer and outdoor stretching, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
    • Kitchen appliances: electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker, mixer, multifunction robot, 2 raclette ovens, electric crepe makers, small electric plancha.
  • Many outdoor arrangements at hand
    • Direct access on the terrace and the garden , including a corner with aromatic herbs (depending on season).
    • The large electric plancha , essential and so practical!
    • Complete garden furniture: loungers, chilean chairs and parasols outside.
    • Outdoor games are made available (Badmington, Molky, children's cabin and portico with swings), as well as a ski workshop in winter.
    • Local in skis and bikes , equipped with racks with wall skis, brackets for bicycles, drying cloakroom, and even a large wall map of Hautes-Pyrénées in relief, to clearly visualize your routes!
    • Parking for two vehicles (+ 1 noon parking).
    • Sorting waste: A compost is available in a corner of the garden for plant waste. For other waste, containers with sorting are available at 50m up the avenue du Mamelon Green.
